Our #1 priority is your satisfaction! If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any item in your order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your items. Upon receiving your returned items, we will process your refund for the full cost of the products, minus the shipping fees. Please note that items must arrive in their original condition. If there is an issue with the items you have received (breakage, etc.) we will gladly cover the return shipping fee or offer replacements free of charge. For damaged items we do require photos of both the packaging and damaged merchandise.
